1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Braai League mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA and our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Braai League grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device, subject to the terms of this EULA.
3. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for all content you post or share within the App. By submitting content, you grant Braai League a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or any behavior that disrupts the community.
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. Moderation and Reporting
Braai League provides tools to report and flag inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the data we collect and how it is used.
8. Limitation of Liability
Braai League is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of South Africa.
10. Modifications
Braai League may update this EULA from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
